Make an appointment before visiting our shelter. We do not accept walk-ins!

A coordinator must be present

Shafeena Osman is the only person that can discuss adoptions with you and must be present for all visits i.e home & shelter visits.

Adoption process for felines

The adoption process for felines and kittens is slightly different. This will be communicated with you.

6 Easy steps to adopt your new furry friend

1. Submit an Adoption Request

  1. Fill in the form below or

  2. Contact Shafeena: 082 254 5543

2. Safety First

  • Send us a home video showing your property inside and outside.

  • We need to make sure your space is safe for the new pet.

3. Next Steps

If approved, you’ll be invited for a meet-and-greet with the rescue pet.

To complete an Adoption Agreement you must have the following documents:

1. Copy of your ID

2. Proof of employment

4. Home Visit & Meet-and-Greet

We will bring the rescue pet to your home and observe the socialising process.

5. Adoption Approval & Payment

If the Home visit was successful then you must pay the adoption fee:

• R950 dogs

• R850 cats

6. Finalise Adoption

Once Payment is received then you may take your new Friend Home!
